Through Snow and Mud

Next part to  The-White-December. I actually enjoyed drawing all of Curse's tack. She uses endurance tack, because it's what she loves to do best. Not super happy with how Morrigan turned out but not much I can do about it xD. Curse looks lovely though.

Austria was a VERY different story to Hungary. Everything seemed to already be melting which made the trail for lack of a better word, slop. Morrigan could have sworn she heard Curse mutter to herself about how she hated mud. But even if she did hate it she pulled through the whole leg of their like a champion. When they finally got to a place to clean off though, Curse practically jumped in. Luckily Morrigan had been off to stretch her legs otherwise she might have killed her mare. The last thing Morrigan wanted was to be drenched to the bone with more trail left to go before a warm fire.

But after the river things began to get white again. Morrigan grouped up with a few other riders as they made it through the Obertauern mountains. Curse had found herself smitten with one of the stallions in the group, luckily she wasn't in heat. His rider, Sarah was very friendly too. They made lovely conversation which started out with Morrigan saying "damn it's cold!"
